.... as a few who played with us last week are not thrilled with BigBet. I will look into WSEX and have a call in now but doubt that can be worked out and everyone in there before Tuesday. Anyway of course everyone is free to play where they want, that goes without saying. We were just trying to do something for us all to play together. Thanks for all that played last week and kept an open mind. Can't ask for more than that from anyone.

If anyone has any other ideas feel free to mention them here. I will still leave open the possibility of playing Tuesday in case a miracle happens but I wouldn't tell anyone to count on it they way it is looking....

what about party poker? any player can create a private table at any time at limits ranging from .5/1 - 15/30 seems like a good option to me. if you guys play there or wsex..count me in.

Party Poker is a very good room. I didn't have a problem with Big Bet...I liked the setup and the software. It is a new room so obviously there will be a lot of problems. But I have accounts at Paradise, Party, WSex, and Pokerstars, in addition to Big Bet, so any of those works for me.

Swami...I got knocked off twice on Tuesday; once when I tried opened my AOL program and another when I opened up my Paradise Poker program. Your Norten program likely created the same problems.

I like partypoker as well. Somehow, they manage to give some INCREDIBLE referral bonuses. Not even sure how they can give such amoutns away, but oh well, they are considered the best.

Just to update on all this Ken and I are going to have a 3-way with BigBet this week to see what all can be done. Though I understand I hate to miss our poker game tonight. Doesn't sound like we have enough but I will be looking in to see if somehow enough show up. I miss playing on-line poker....

I really did want to play, but I told you guyts why I didnt want to play last week. I did play for an hour and I threw my $100 your way.

I just cant play with that software anymore since it cost me between $350-450 in pots where I was disconnected. I think that i have learned my lesson.

There is an old saying, "FOOL ME ONCE, SHAME ON YOU, FOOL ME TWICE, SHMAE ON ME."


Wasnt their fault, I GUESS, but cant risk it again. Losing those $200 pots at teh $15/30 table sort of killed my interest in online poker altogether. Although I do love the tournament room at partypoker.


We could all have a bunch of $50 tournaments at party poker and we would be the only ones at that table.

Players - I understand. I will be the first to say anytime you don't feel comfortable you should not play. I was being honest with you but I think you are doing the right thing overall. Can't advise anyone to participate where they don't feel right about it.

Danang - we will try again this week. Was trying to settle some stuff the players had about the game so we decided to sit out a week. Not sure we can get one off at BigBet but I surely will try.

One thing is I want to move it from Tuesday, anyone have any preference on another night?
